I’m not a general real estate agent. In fact, I don't SELL your property for you.
But I’ve specialised in Australian property, especially apartments for over 30 years.

I’ve lived in them, invested in them, advised developers on how to design them — and helped clients buy and sell them across multiple property cycles.

That experience means I can quickly identify whether your property will sell… or whether it will be very difficult. No agent will tell you that. They want your listing no matter what.

My first property was a 20sqm studio in Kings Cross.
Since then, I’ve lived in apartments across five cities — from small studios to large luxury residences..
