Singapore second fastest growing mature city in the world by 2020!
The top one is another Asia Pac city besides HK.
Jones Lang LaSalle, in its recent publication 'A New World of Cities' has identified the ‘Global 300’ or 300 cities that it believes will account for the bulk of economic and commercial real estate activity over the next decade.
The ‘Global 300’ are the world’s most populous, productive and connected cities; their one billion citizens are responsible for over 40 percent of global economic activity.
Of the 20 fast growing mature cities, only four comes from Asia and the rest are from US.
Brisbane was ranked first followed by Singapore. The two other Asia Pac cities are HK and Perth.
