  NEW PROJECTS

If you prefer  or are looking for a NEW or OFF PLAN  property, you can rest easy knowing that we have already followed a strict due diligence process  to eliminate more than 90% of the available investment properties on the market.

 We use our research to identify certain locations that meet important investment criteria. We find the locations first, THEN source from reliable developers the BEST projects in those locations. MOST agents simply take ANY project developers offer them, and do NO research into the location

We offer NEW release projects FIRST to those on our database. Often benefits are offered to our early buyers NOT available in Australia. (Naturally, all prices are always the same. Guaranteed.) Before we offer ANY project to our clients, we ensure it meets our Citylife Investment Criteria.  We use our research to identify certain locations that meet important investment criteria. In addition, we are targeting areas that have been able to historically  return up to 80%- 100% return on the investor’s cash outlay.

  OLDER PROPERTY

  If you prefer to buy an OLDER property, not new, and NOT off-the plan you can also can benefit from our research. We use our research to identify certain locations that meet important investment criteria. We find the locations for you, and then submit a selection of matching properties for you to choose from.

  Give us your preferred locations. We will research them at no cost. We will give you a full report. If you decide to then purchase a property  we can organise the whole purchase for you.
